You can add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart as you browse and you can examine the contents of the shopping cart at any time, if necessary you can alter the quantities or remove items at any stage.
Once you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken to our secure pages where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. In addition to taking payments via PayPal we can also take credit card payments via Creditcall who provide a PCI compliant (PCI DSS level 1) secure site to take credit card details. The card details are entered on the Actinic Payments screens which are hosted on a secure site which meets the latest requirements of the credit card industry, no credit card information is ever entered onto our site or servers.
You can select the Actinic Payments method, or PayPal, via the website, or we can accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro cards by phone, to our shop on +44 (0)1404 47676. To make credit card payments on the web site select either Actinic Payments (the default) or PayPal during the checkout process. You will automatically be transferred to the Actinic Payments secure pages or to the PayPal pages where you can enter your credit cards details in a secure environment. There is no need to have a Paypal account to use this method, just select the credit card option and then enter your credit card details.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
For your added security we use Actinic Payments or PayPal to process credit card transactions for the web site. No credit card details are ever entered via this site, the screens are hosted on secure servers which meets the latest security requirements of the credit card industry. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, then place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and Maestro cards via phone or you can send your credit card information via fax, or post. If any item on your order is out of stock we will contact you for further instructions.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Free second class shipping in the UK for orders over £50, standard postage rates for all other orders based on the weight. Shipping outside the UK up to 2 kg by airmail, contact us if you want to use another shipping method.

Delivery Schedule
We attempt to deliver your order right away, you should expect to receive your order within two to three working days in the UK, up to 14 days outside the UK. We will email you when we despatch the order so that you can contact us if you do not receive the goods in good time.
