UK

Our standard delivery charges in the UK are based on second class packet post, so 4 balls of yarn weighing 100g each plus the packaging will cost £2.49 whilst 8 balls of the same yarn would be £3.49. There is a limit of 1Kg for second class packets so for all packages over 1Kg we use first class charges.

For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail who do not take any delivery instructions.

We have also introduced the option of mail tracking, if you select this option then the parcel must be signed for on delivery.

Europe (EEC)

Our standard delivery charges in Europe are based on airmail, so 4 balls of yarn weighing 100g plus packaging would be £5.81 whilst 8 balls of the same yarn would be £8.31.


We have also introduced the option of mail tracking for airmail orders, if you select this option then the parcel must be signed for on delivery.

Overseas

Our standard delivery charges to the non EEC European countries, and other overseas countries such as USA, Canada, and Australia are based on airmail, so 4 balls of yarn weighing 100g plus packaging would be £7.30 whilst 8 balls of the same yarn would be £17.80


We have also introduced the option of mail tracking for airmail orders, if you select this option then the parcel must be signed for on delivery.
